Dear Friends and fellow muzibians....On the occassion of Mahashivarathri me,deepesh and our sister Dhadkan present this song as our humble offering to Lord Shiva... Dadhkan is a very versatile singer who is very comfortable with live singing. This is her first recording and we are sure many more to follow... U have rocked siso :) gud work.... Deepesh agreed to doing this song instantly as i suggested this to him...Infact he has gone a step further doing not only his parts in the pallavi and charanams but also that 2 lines sung in an old lady`s voice which was originally done by Mrs.Kalyani menon.. Am happy for you bro :).... We faced many obstacles doing this one with deepesh and dadkhan doing this song with peak cold and temperature and me doing this after a sleepless night...HUH.....But with all the blessings of the lord himself here is our offering :D

About Mahashivarathri:

Mahashivaratri Festival or the ‘The Night of Shiva’ is celebrated with devotion and religious fervor in honor of Lord Shiva, one of the deities of Hindu Trinity. Shivaratri falls on the moonless 14th night of the new moon in the Hindu month of Phalgun, which corresponds to the month of February - March in English Calendar. Celebrating the festival of Shivaratri devotees observe day and night fast and perform ritual worship of Shiva Lingam to appease Lord Shiva.
